Internet Explorer 8 instructions:

If you are using Internet Explorer 8, then you will need to ensure that your version has been set up to run in 'Compatibility Mode', before attempting to lodge a request.

To set up your program in compatibility mode, it is as simple as clicking the Compatibility view option under the Tools button in Internet Explorer 8.
