You can make all payments at your local council service centre in cash, cheque, credit or debit card. Sorry we don't accept Diners or Amex cards. You can also make use of any of the following payment options.

Rates easy pay (direct debit). You can have your rates or water notice paid directly from your nominated bank account (excluding credit card) on the due date or in small, regular payments in advance. Please allow 7 days for direct debit to be set up.

BPay (phone or internet) for rates, animal registration renewals (before the due date) and debtors invoices. Contact your bank to make a payment from your nominated account. You will need to quote the biller code and the reference number from your rates or water notice. More information can be found at www.BPay.com.au (opens in new window).

Australia Post for rates and animal registration renewals (before the due date). You can pay in person at any post office (cash, cheque, Visa and Mastercard, or eftpos debit card), by phone 13 18 16 or online from the www.postbillpay.com.au website (opens in new window). You will need to quote the Billpay code and the reference number on your rates or water notice.

 

 

Centrepay. If applicable you can use Centrepay to arrange regular deductions from your Centrelink payment. Call Centrelink to request a Centrepay deductions form. You will need to use a Centrepay reference number of: 555 071 719T.

By mail. You can mail your payment to the following postal address. Note that payment must be received by the due date to receive the discount.
