Cash registerRates and charges are the major source of council’s revenue. This is invested back into the community through essential services such as maintenance of roads, parks and rubbish collection.

Find information on how you can pay your rates or other bills. Also, find information on rates, water rates, Council’s rating policies and how to qualify for a pensioner concession on your rate and water account.

Payment options

The following payment options are accepted by Toowomba Regional Council. More information on each can be found below. Links open in new windows.

Payments by Diners and AMEX (American Express) are not accepted.

Online payments

You can pay your invoice/account** by debit or credit card using our online payment service within the terms of your account.

BPAY by phone or internet

Contact your participating financial institution to make payment from your nominated bank account.

Please quote Biller Code 113282 and your reference number (shown on bottom of invoice/statement).

Payments by mail

Post your cheque and remittance slip from your invoice/statement to:

Payment must be received within the terms of the sundry debtor account.

Paying by credit card over the phone

Contact Council's Customer Service Centre on 131 872. You will need to quote your sundry debtor account number and invoice number/s.

This service is called BPOINT.

EFT by arrangement

Please contact us on 131 872 to discuss and set up electronic funds transfers (EFT).
