Can Risk Assessor and Applicant be used together?

At this moment in time NO.

If the development meets the Risk Assessor requirements the resulting report will need to be printed and lodged manually with the application at the Development Assessment Customer Service desk on Ruthven Street.

If the development is for a Dual Occupancy and does not meet the Risk Assessor requirements or you do not want to go through the Risk Assessor tool then the development can be prepared and lodged through the Applicant tool.
