More about development enquiry, risk assessor and applicant

This service identifies all the specific planning scheme provisions and level of assessment applying to a specific development proposal on a specific property indentified under the Toowoomba Planning Scheme 2003. It also creates an extract from the planning scheme based on your development that you can view or print and links to relevant application forms and guidelines for lodgement of your application.

This service also includes risk assessor and an on-line application preparation and electronic lodgement service.

You will be guided through the following steps to create your own, site & development specific, list of controls:

Step 1: Property Search
Step 2: Properties Found
Step 3: Property Confirmation
Step 4: Select Proposed Use/s
Step 5: Development Information
Step 6: Results

Once the results have been populated Development Equiry will also inform if the development is applicable for either of the Risk Assessor or Applicant tools. The Risk Assessor and Applicant tools can only be accessed by completing the Development Enquiry tool.
