Summary of other changes to Planning and Development fees and charges 2012/2013

(a) An additional column (column 1) has been added to the Fees and Charges Schedule in Part B (Material Change of Use), titled 'Toowoomba Regional Planning Scheme Heading'. This contains the list of Toowoomba Regional Planning Scheme use definitions which have been equated to the current Planning Scheme definitions (titled 'Previous Planning Scheme/s Heading) for the purpose of fee calculations.
