In December 2008 Toowoomba Regional Council began preparing the draft Toowoomba Regional Planning Scheme. The first stage of the project was to undertake a number of studies that would inform and guide the development of the planning scheme. These studies considered a broad range of issues including future land use needs, infrastructure issues, development constraints and areas (both natural and man made) with values that should be preserved.
The following 14 planning studies were undertaken and finalised in 2010. Scroll down to 'Related Documents' to view copies of each planning study.
