Adoption of Toowoomba Regional Planning Scheme and Planning Scheme Policies
Notice is hereby given that on 20 March, 2012 the Toowoomba Regional Council adopted the Toowoomba Regional
Planning Scheme and the following planning scheme policies:

Planning Scheme Policy No. 1 – Development Application Requirements;

Planning Scheme Policy No. 2 – Engineering Standards – Roads and Drainage Infrastructure;

Planning Scheme Policy No. 3 – Engineering Standards – Water and Waste Water Infrastructure;

Planning Scheme Policy No. 4 – Development Near Utility Services;
-
Planning Scheme Policy No. 6 – Heritage Places;
-
Planning Scheme Policy No. 7 – Neighbourhood Character Places; and
-
Planning Scheme Policy No. 8 – Street Trees.
The planning scheme and planning scheme policies commence on 1 July, 2012.
