Toowoomba central traffic area

Toowoomba Regional Council notifies motorists that parking within the area approximately bounded by Mary Street (to the east), Gentle, Somme and Delace Sts (to the north), one block west of West Street (to the west) and Long, Phillip, Perth, Geddes and James Streets (to the south) is designated three hour (3P) parking unless otherwise stated.

Where no parking signage exists, parking within that boundary automatically defaults to three hour parking (3P) and will attract a $30 fine if exceeded, payable within 28 days. Motorists need to be aware of the three hour parking limit in the inner city area so they can avoid being issued with a ticket.
