This new Online program is easy to follow, includes an entertaining presentation as well as interactive quizzes. A training acknowledgement form can be printed upon completion and kept as part of your staff records.

This information package has been developed by qualified and experienced environmental health professionals and is equivalent in scope to a two-day consultant delivered course.

Like all businesses, the catering industry requires permits and licences that ensure the correct handling of food for human consumption. Council monitors the standard of operations according to the Food Act 2006.
