$100 rebate for the replacement of a single flush toilet suite or a 9litre/4.5 litre (or greater capacity) dual flush toilet with a 4.5 litre / 3 litre dual flush toilet suite (cistern and pan must be replaced).  Toowoomba Regional Council residents are eligible if they're connected to a town water supply.
