Council policies The policies published on this site are the current approved policies of the Toowoomba Regional Council. Older versions of these policies could be superseded as all policies are regularly reviewed and updated. Over the Toowoomba Regional Council's transition period, council policies are being established for the new region. During this time the policies of the previous councils still stand in the equivalent service centre districts until the Toowoomba Regional Council adopts a policy on the same matter, ie Toowoomba Regional Council policies supersede the policies of the previous councils.
