The 2009- 2014 Corporate Plan was adopted by Council on 16 June 2009. While the Corporate Plan sets the strategic direction for Council, it is recognised that this direction will always be evolving to reflect the needs of our Region.
The 2009-2014 Corporate Plan will be comprehensively reviewed following the completion of a long-term community plan for the whole of the Council area.

Council has endorsed the "ACTION 2050" community planning project to develop a long-term community plan for the Toowoomba Regional Council local government area (our Region). Our Region extends from Yarraman in the north to Clifton in the south and from Toowoomba in the east to Cecil Plains in the west. The ACTION 2050 project allows us to work together as one community to create a vision for the preferred long-term future of our Region. It will also allow us to develop a plan to help make that vision a reality by determining priority actions to improve our Region as well as individual places within our Region.
