Toowoomba Regional Council has adopted new Planning Scheme Policies relating to Infrastructure Contributions.  The policies were adopted on 20 October 2009 and will become effective on 31 October 2009.  Copies of the new policies including details of when the new contributions are applicable are available below. Copies of background studies by AEC and Integran are also available to download.

On 29 October 2009, Toowoomba Regional Council adopted minor amendments to two policies.  Details of the amendments can be found in the document titled ‘Infrastructure Contributions: Amendment details (Adopted on 29 October 2009)’.  This document is located under the heading ‘Links to background studies’.
