Traffic disruptions or delays may occur due to works in the following areas next week:

CITY DISTRICT

• Ruthven/Jellicoe intersection – Lane closures and possible disruptions to traffic in adjoining streets may occur.
• Griffiths St (Mort to Old Goombungee Rd) - stormwater drainage works.   
• Jellicoe St (Ruthven to Hampshire) – eastbound lane closed for drainage works. 
• West St (Stenner to Nelson) – linemarking works.
• Brook St (Jellicoe to North) – water main replacement works. 
• Klein & Binns sts – pavement preparation works.
• Gipps St (Boothby to Ball) – watermain replacement.
• Margaret St (Dent to Clifford) – footpath and lane closures on westbound lane.

DISTRICT

• Oakey-Mt Tyson Rd – road widening first kilometre from Warrego Highway. Delays up to 10 minutes.
• Pipeline Rd to Cooby Dam Wall – Construction traffic in area.
• Palms Rd (Cooyar to Yarraman) – road widening. Delays up to 10 minutes.
• Quarry Rd & Scrubby Rd – installation of grids.
• Nobbs Rd/Blackwell Rd/Macauley Road Intersection – Upgrading, altering traffic movements. Motorists are advised to show caution and obey new signage.
• Jondaryan Evanslea Rd – sidetrack in use around Oakey Creek bridge. Take care in potential flood conditions.
• Boundary St South, Westbrook – culvert upgrade. Euston Rd to Darling St closed until mid November. Motorists required to use alternative route.
• Kingsthorpe-Haden Rd (south of Goombungee) – road widening. Delays up to 10 minutes.
• New England Hwy, Highfields (Cawdor Rd to Ninderry Drive) – bikeway construction.
• Golf Course Rd (Yandilla to Hume) – footpath/bikeway works.
• Clifton Rd (Byculla to Leslie Bridge) – roadworks.
• Baxters /Gowrie Glencoe Rd intersection, Gowrie Junction – intersection works, road widening in Baxters Rd. Delays of up to 10 minutes.
• O’Brien Rd, Highfields – road widening. Minor delays.

Council regrets any inconvenience caused by these works.
