Welcome to Toowoomba Regional Council's PD Online, an online Planning and Development system containing the following services.

Click on the service tool to enter PD Online.

  • Property Enquiry - This service allows you to undertake property related development enquiries, such as finding the zones, hazards, heritage information and conditions that apply to your property. Persons wishing to confirm information in detail or rely upon this information are advised to refer to the relevant Planning Scheme and Maps or contact Toowoomba Regional Council.
  • Map Search - You will also be able to view all properties within the Toowoomba Regional Council local government area. After selecting a property using the Map Search, customers have the ability to view property details.
  • Application Tracking - This service allows you to track development applications - track the progress of development applications from lodgement through to determination. The elements tracked represent key milestones in the development application process but are not a detailed history. Details of the current status, the various stages of the assessment process, estimated assessment timeframes and access to publicly available documentation, are all available. Development Application tracking online is currently available for most planning applications (i.e. material change of use, reconfiguration of a lot, modification/change or cancel conditions and negotiated decision) live with Council from the 1 January 2007 (Toowoomba) or 17 March 2008 (balance of Toowoomba Regional Council). Planning applications completed prior to this date or applications for other forms of development, are not currently available.
  • Development Enquiry including Risk Assessor and Applicant – This service identifies all the specific planning scheme provisions and level of assessment applying to a specific development proposal on a specific property indentified under the Toowoomba Planning Scheme 2003. It also creates an extract from the planning scheme based on your development that you can view or print and links to relevant application forms and guidelines for lodgement of your application.
