Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) operates two accredited visitor information centres as part of Queensland's quality visitor information network:

 Toowoomba Visitor Information Centre

Accreditation is a process monitored by Tourism Queensland to ensure visitors of high quality information and professional standards. Centres who achieve these standards are authorised to display the distinguishing blue and yellow italicised 'i' sign.

Council's two accredited centres are complemented by four smaller community-based visitor information services throughout the Toowoomba region.
