Exercise programming:

Memberships include a program review every three months.  All new members can access our exceptionally comprehensive ‘face to face’ program.

All new members are strongly encouraged to partake in the personalised program which consist of:

  • five (5) weekly half-hour consultations with highly skilled F2F trainers.
  • Information resources to educate you.

Personal training

Personal training is available to members and to non-members for an extra fee.

A 30-minute or one-hour personal training session once a week can help you achieve your health and fitness goals or rehabilitate an injury.

    • Fully equipped cardio theatre with a large DVD projector playing the latest music.

    • An extensive variety - approximately 20 pieces - which include fixed and free weights.
    • Dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 50kg.
