Group fitness timetable
- Wear comfortable clothes and either aerobic or cross training shoes.
- Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
- Try to arrive on time as the warm-up phase in all classes is critical.
- Always let the instructor know before classes if you are new to the type of class or have any health problems or concerns.
- #### Get Fit Boxing Circuits will be held outside on the Village Green weather permitting.

Group fitness classes
- Zumba: Easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness class that will blow you away!
- Spin: Great cardio workout – tone legs and butt. No co-ordination needed, suitable for all levels.
- Get Fit Boxing: Kai Bo moves and boxing techniques combined to give you a total body workout. Easy, fun and physically challenging this class is designed not only to give you a stress-free workout, but also to build confidence, strength and balance. Minimal co-ordination and no previous boxing skills required.
- Pilates: Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing is a primary focus. Strength and flexibility, particularly of the abdomen and back muscles, co-ordination - both muscular and mental, are key components in an effective Pilates program. Posture, balance and core strength are all heartily increased. Bone density and joint health improve, and many experience positive body awareness for the first time.
- Power Flex: A choreographed weights class to music. Beginners to Advanced level.
- Yoga: A mind/body workout. Good for lengthening tight muscles and to strengthen the weak ones. Not suitable if pregnant.
- Fatburner: A freestyle aerobic class that will build strength and help you to achieve endurance and cardio fitness.
Aqua Timetable
Our water fitness program offers a variety of shallow and deep water classes that use the natural resistance of water whilst in an upright position to produce the best combination of aerobic conditioning (heart and lungs) and muscle development.
Aquatic exercise is considered to be the most comfortable, safest and healthiest form of exercise for many pregnant women.
Always let the instructor know before an aqua class begins if you are new to aqua or have any health problems or concerns.

Aqua Classes
- Aqua Regeneration: Rehabilitation exercise in our heated Program Pool to aid the recovery process from injury or illness. Great fun and plenty of chats.
- Aqua Gentle: A very gentle aqua class in our heated Indoor Pool, aimed at improving mobility and strength. Ideal for those with joint problems, restricted movements or recovering from injury, surgery or illness.
- Aqua Power: A high-energy shallow water workout designed to increase cardiovascular endurance while strengthening and toning muscles. Suitable for beginners to experienced.
- Aqua Energy: A total body conditioning class using the natural resistance properties of water to increase overall muscular strength and endurance.
- Aqua Combo: Enjoy all benefits of the shallow water workout as well as a deep-water segment using one of our buoyancy belts. A very popular class suitable for all levels of fitness.
- Deep Water Aqua: A deep-water workout using a buoyancy belt to keep you afloat. Great for improving muscular strength and endurance without any impact. Try it - you’ll be surprised. Suitable for all levels of fitness, with or without previous experience.
- Swim Fit Squad: Is a swimming squad designed for all fitness types and swimming abilities.
