Group fitness timetable

  • Wear comfortable clothes and either aerobic or cross training shoes.
  • Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
  • Try to arrive on time as the warm-up phase in all classes is critical.
  • Always let the instructor know before classes  if you are new to the type of class or have any health problems or concerns.
  • #### Get Fit Boxing Circuits will be held outside on the Village Green weather permitting.
