Circuit based classes are a high energy based form of working out that strengthens and conditions while improving your cardiovascular abilities.  This class can be a mix of bikes, weights, short runs and exercises to music.

Is a FREE activity program for the whole community! Fun and healthy activities are available for every age group and ability throughout the region.

Teen Spartans is a 45 min workout for children/teenagers who are not old enough to participate in gym and/or do not have the confidence to workout around other adults/participants.
