- Wear clothes that are comfortable and either aerobic or cross training shoes.
- Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
- Try to arrive on time as the warm up phase in all classes is critical.
- Always let the instructor know before classes begin if you are new to the type of class or have any health problems or concerns.
