• Wear clothes that are comfortable and either aerobic or cross training shoes.
  • Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
  • Try to arrive on time as the warm up phase in all classes is critical.
  • Always let the instructor know before classes begin if you are new to the type of class or have any health problems or concerns.

Is a FREE activity program for the whole community! Fun and healthy activities are available for every age group and ability throughout the region.

Teen Spartans is a 45 min workout for children/teenagers who are not old enough to participate in gym and/or do not have the confidence to workout around other adults/participants.

The Group Fitness timetable has recently been reviewed and has seen an immediate increase in participation.

Come see what all the fuss is about.
The Group Fitness timetable has been changed significantly with classes now being offered every morning at 6:00am.

The mid morning class time has also changed to give members and patrons some extra time to get their affairs in order before a solid workout in the various classes now offered at 9:15am.
