Enjoy a family outing in the pleasant surroundings at Pittsworth Civic Pool in Yandilla Street between September and April.
This fantastic 50-metre, six-lane, solar-heated swimming pool is hugely popular with locals and visitors alike and with part of the pool covered has a strong sun safe attitude. There is a shade covered toddler's pool, learn to swim classes and the Pittsworth Piranhas use the facility to train regularly.
Aquatic Life Skills is taught by accredited Austswim instructors and there are Royal Life Saving courses delivered as bookings demand.
The granstand, large grassed areas, canteen and change rooms are kept fresh and clean for patrons and friendly staff will help with any enquiry. You can even upgrade your goggles with the swim shop stocking Eyeline and Vorgee swimming accessories and much more!
Because of the high demand from the community over summer, there are often extended hours on the opening of the pool, so it's best to get in touch to make sure you make the most of your visit. The complex is closed on Christmas Day and Good Friday.
