Cecil Plains Pool

With a 25-metre, six-lane, solar-heated chlorinated pool, the Cecil Plains Swimming Pool is a welcome addition to the community. Located on the corner of Cheetham  Street and Russell Avenue, the pool is open between September and April each year.

There's a toddler's pool that is shade covered as well as learn to swim classes, keep watch program and seniors classes in the outdoor pool.

There's a kiosk for food and drink refreshments and the change rooms are clean and spacious.

The pool is open on New Year's Day, Australia Day and the Show Holiday. It is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and Good Friday.

On public holidays, the opening hours are 1.30pm-5.30pm.

19 & 20 November 2011 - Open to the public from 1:30pm to 5:30pm

21/11/2011 to 25/11/2011 - Closed to general public use

26 & 27 November 2011 - Open to the public from 1:30pm to 5:30pm

28 November 2011 to 2 December 2011 - Open to the public from 1:30pm to 5:30pm

3 & 4 December 2011 - Open to the public from 1:30pm to 5:30pm

5 December 2011 onwards - Open to the public (as per attached schedule - Approved Hours of Operation
