Are there any overdue fines?

If library items are significantly overdue, we will either phone you at home or mail an overdue notice to you but the onus is always on you to return the books on time and in good condition.

If you fail to return the overdue items, the matter is referred to Council's Finance Branch who issue an account for the replacement cost of the books. Failure to return the books and pay the administration fee may result in legal action.
