Who can join?

Residents within the Toowoomba Regional Council boundary can join any of the regional libraries for free, only one Library card per person is required.

The same process applies to Toowoomba residents who wish to join other libraries within the region.

Residents can assist the Library staff by returning items to the original borrowing site.

Library membership is available to any resident of Queensland who is able to provide proof of identity and residential address within Queensland.
