Toowoomba City Library has relocated to 618 Ruthven St Toowoomba. Click here for our opening hours and contact details. A full range of library services is available at this location. The free library car park is located off the northern side of Joseph Street and metered parking is available along both Joseph and Ruthven Streets during business hours. Disability parking and minibus set down are also available on Joseph Street. Additional services are also available at 476 Ruthven Street - Local History Library and CBD Library. The CBD Library provides reservation placing and collection, some fast back loans, return of loans and internet pc access.
