Our mission

Toowoomba Regional Council’s vision of its 19 cemeteries is to commemorate the deceased in surroundings of beauty and tranquillity, that provide comfort and inspiration to the bereaved and the public, and to offer comprehensive cemetery services to all faiths.

Council recognises the importance of presenting innovative alternatives to the traditional burial and memorialisation, and advocate cremation as a land conservation measure.

To provide the highest level of service, delivered with professionalism and compassion, staff will provide a sensitive, caring approach to deliver services which meet the needs, beliefs, values and culture of all customers.
