Application to Transfer the Allocation of an Interment Site

This is an application to transfer the allocation of an interment site in a Toowoomba Regional Council controlled cemetery to a family member or back to Toowoomba Regional Council.

An Interment site is a grave, vault, crypt, mausoleum, niche, garden, etc for the burial/placement of a deceased person or deceased person's cremated ashes. The transfer of the allocation does not provide any property rights to the interment site. This application may be made by a person to whom the interment site is currently allocated, or by a person authorised to act on behalf of a person to whom the interment site is allocated.
