Goombungee water supplies

Goombungee is supplied with water from both Toowoomba Bulk water supply and Goombungee Dam. Kulpi is serviced by a bore and Yarraman is supplied with water from the Ted Pukallus Weir. The weir sustained some flood damage in January 2011; repairs are being undertaken as a matter of priority.

For all residences and businesses connected to the town water supplies within the Goombungee Service area, Permanent Conservation Measures apply to townwater usage with a target of 200 litres of water per person per day.
