Water use in rental properties

Water efficiency requirements now apply to a range of town water uses by business.

Owners of rental properties choosing to charge tenants for the water use on that premises need to check the requirements as set out in the Residential Tenancies Act with the Residential Tenancies Authority (opens in new window).
