When will purified recycled water start flowing into our water?

If the Water Futures poll result is YES, the advanced water treatment plant will take approximately 18 months to construct followed by 24 – 36 months of a CSIRO endorsed testing and monitoring program. It is expected that the water will be supplementing our supplies around 2010 - 2011.
