Permanent Conservation Measures apply to all non-residential properties connected to the Toowoomba bulk water supply and to Greenmount, Cambooya, Vale View, Wyreema and Hodgsonvale water supply schemes.
Commercial cleaners operating as a mobile business need to be registered with Toowoomba Regional Council and follow Water Efficiency Guidelines.
