Town water use in non-residential pools

Water efficiency requirements now apply to a range of town water uses by both residents and business. These requirements are either provisions of the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008 or part of the council water restriction arrangements.

Non-residential swimming pools must meet water efficiency requirements in order to be topped up with town water.  An owner may demonstrate compliance with a plumber's certificate or a statutory declaration.  Forms can be found in 'Related documents' below.
