Toowoomba Regional Council 'Quick response RADF grants' are applicable to Category 1: Developing Regional Skills applicants only. Applications need to be submitted no later than 6 weeks prior to the activity commencing. Applicants are strongly encouraged to consider the specific fund guidelines below prior to submitting their application.
Toowoomba Regional Council - 'Quick Response RADF Grants' Guidelines
- Applicable to Category 1: Developing Regional Skills applications only
- For professional development opportunities which unexpectedly become available out of the normal local RADF rounds
- Applications must include a covering letter detailing reasons the application needs to be considered outside of the normal funding rounds
- Assistance is available for up to 65 per cent of the total costs for registration, accommodation and travel to a maximum of $1000 for activities in Queensland and $2000 for activities in other states
- Category 1 application forms can be downloaded from the Arts Queensland website: http://www.arts.qld.gov.au/funding/radf-rk/app.html or obtained from Council's Customer Service Centres
- Applications need to be submitted no later than 6 weeks prior to the activity commencing
- Grant payments to successful applicants will be made on completion of the activity and submission of the relevant Outcome Report, receipts and all other support material
- No more than 2 applications from members of the same organisation/entity will be considered for any single activity or event

PLEASE NOTE:
1. If successful in securing a RADF Quick Response Grant, the applicant must:
- enter into a funding agreement
- use the grant only for the nominated purpose for which it is given (no variation to the approved activity will be accepted)
- undertake the activity within 6 months of the application date (no extension to the approved activity will be accepted)
- acknowledge Council support as per funding agreement
- acquit the grant as per funding agreement within 8 weeks of completion
2. Council reserves the right to request an audit of grant expenditure.
3. Any unused funds must be returned to council.
4. Successful applicants who fail to comply with any of the above conditions may have the grant funding offer withdrawn.
