The Regional Arts Development Fund is a Queensland Government and Toowoomba Regional Council partnership to support local arts and culture, enabling professional and emerging artists and cultural workers to develop projects for and with communities for mutual benefits.

This fund supports and aids the development of arts and culture at a local level throughout regional Queensland and provides funding to individuals and organisations for one-off, short-term projects that offer arts, cultural and heritage development opportunities. The program helps to increase the sustainability of creative industries and to improve the quality of life through community cultural development.
TRC holds 2 application rounds annually. The first round closes on 15 August and the second and final round closes on 15 February each year.
