Toowoomba Regional Council's community grants program provides opportunities for not-for-profit organisations and individuals across the region to gain funding or inkind support for their initiatives.

This financial year, council plans to contribute some $2.5 million to the community through its funding programs.

Council recognises the important contribution community organisations make to the safety, health, equity and inclusiveness of their communities.

The Community Support Grant Program seeks to achieve 'a safe, healthy and equitable community,enjoying a quality lifestyle' by providing support for projects.

Council staff are also available to work with these groups or individuals to increase their capacity to win grants and deliver significant projects.
