About Council Sister cities 2011 conference

How does time really fly when enjoying exchanges with sister cities.  Toowoomba has truly benefitted from many wonderful exchanges with all three of our Sister Cities this past year as well as the Sister Cities Australia 2011 Annual Conference in August 2011.

Given that a few months has passed since the conference in August 2011, it could be a timely opportunity to refresh your minds of the content of the conference.  Please find in the following link to some of the presentations, speeches and some photos from the conference.  http://www.toowoombaregionalcouncil.com.au/dlf/sisterCities

Hope this year brings many exciting exchanges with your sister cities and hope to see you in Devonport in November for the 2012 Sister Cities Australia National Conference.

The Sister Cities Coordinating Committee wish to extend their sincere thanks to the delegates to the 2011 conference.

We trust you had a very inspiring and relevant conference and that you experienced a little bit of Toowoomba and her Sister Cities as well.  We thank you for helping us to celebrate our milestones and for make the conference the success that it was.

We will be working hard in the coming weeks to assist Devonport with critical planning and follow-up for the 2012 conference and look forward to an equally relevant and topical conference in Tasmania in November 2012.
