Disability parking bays reserved for authorised permit holders

Residents and visitors to Toowoomba are reminded not to park in disability parking bays unless they display a Disability Parking Permit.

Disability parking spaces are designed for people who require a wider parking space to use mobility equipment. Drivers who park in a disabled space incorrectly, or without a displayed permit, can be fined $100. Disabled parking bays are sign posted and often marked with a painted wheelchair symbol.
