Ordinary Meetings of Council

Ordinary Meetings of Council are held on the third Tuesday of each month on a rotational basis at service centres in the Toowoomba Regional Council area, with the exception of Pittsworth and Clifton where the meetings are held in an alternative venue.  Meetings commence at 9.00am and are open to the public, with the exception of confidential matters which are discussed in a closed meeting.

A list of matters to be considered by Council is available on the Friday evening prior to the meeting.  Minutes from the Ordinary Meetings of Council will be available within ten days of the meeting (refer to the 'Related documents' area below).  These are provided in PDF.  However, if you have trouble accessing or reading these documents, please contact Council.
