Ordinary Meetings of Council are held on the third Tuesday of each month on a rotational basis at service centres in the Toowoomba Regional Council area, with the exception of Pittsworth and Clifton where the meetings are held in an alternative venue. Meetings commence at 9.00am and are open to the public, with the exception of confidential matters which are discussed in a closed meeting.
The agenda Table of Contents is available on the Friday prior to the meeting with the full agenda available on the day of the meeting. Minutes from the meetings are generally available within three days of the meeting (refer to the 'Related documents' area below). Meeting dates for 2011 can be found under 'Council meetings'.
