The Committee of the Council meets on the second Tuesday and the following day (Wednesday) of each month at 9.00am. All meetings are held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 541 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba and are open to the public, with the exception of confidential matters which are discussed in a closed meeting.
A list of matters to be discussed by the Committee is available on the Friday evening prior to the meeting.
Recommendations made by the Committee are submitted to the next Ordinary Meeting of the Council for determination. The Committee Reports will be available on Council's website after the Ordinary Meeting of Council. These are provided in PDF.
