Customer service centres provide general information regarding council services including account or bill payments.

Service centres, sometimes by appointment with a professional, also provide information and professional advice on topics such as local laws, licences and permits.

We will:

  • acknowledge your arrival and attend to you promptly
  • arrange an appointment with specialist staff if your enquiry is complex

Paying a Bill

Council offers a variety of ways for you to pay your bills, refer to your invoice for available payment methods.

If you are having difficulty in paying your bill, please contact us  before the due date to discuss payment options.
