Call in to your local Customer Service Centre

Toowoomba Regional Council's (TRC) commitment to customer service has seen some exciting changes to the way council does business.

Council has one central phone number for all enquiries including after-hours emergencies 131 TRC (872).

After-hours emergencies are classified as a matter that poses an immediate risk to health, life, property or environment

After-hours emergencies include:

  • Water main burst
  • Water leaks
  • Traffic signals not working
  • Dog attacks
  • Serious environmental incidents
  • Call outs from emergency services  
  • Trees on roads
  • Dangerous pot holes
  • Sewer blockages/overflows.
